Hongda Plastic is committed to product quality, material safety, and environmental responsibility. We use environmentally responsible and recyclable materials, with suitable material grades selected according to each product’s application, target market, and regulatory requirements.
Our quality management system is supported by relevant certifications, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Depending on the selected material and specific project requirements, we can also provide applicable SGS test reports, FDA compliance documentation, and other environmental or performance-related test reports.
Quality control is carried out throughout incoming material inspection, production process monitoring, and finished product inspection. Product dimensions, appearance, color, structure, and functional performance are checked to support stable quality and batch-to-batch consistency. Relevant certificates, test reports, and material compliance documents are available upon request.
