Dimensions, cross-sectional shapes, colors, hardness levels, lengths, and functional properties can be customized. Available materials include PVC, PE, PP, ABS, and other thermoplastics. For new product development, we can assist with feasibility evaluation, material selection, structural optimization, extrusion tooling, sample approval, and volume production.
Our capabilities cover standard round and square tubing, rigid and flexible plastic tubes, as well as custom profiles featuring special cross-sections, slots, sealing, supporting, connecting, or assembly functions. Product Feasibility Review
Customers can provide 2D or 3D drawings, physical samples, and specific application requirements. We evaluate the product’s cross-section, dimensions, wall thickness, assembly method, operating environment, and extrusion requirements, and provide practical suggestions where improvement is needed.

Material Selection and Design Optimization
We assist customers in selecting suitable materials according to requirements for hardness, flexibility, transparency, temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and other properties. Available materials include PVC, ABS, PE, PP, PC, PA, TPU, HIPS, and PETG. For complex or difficult-to-extrude products, we can also help optimize the cross-sectional design and dimensions.

Extrusion Tooling Development
Custom extrusion tooling is developed for each plastic tube or profile. The tooling design takes material flow, product dimensions, cross-sectional structure, and production stability into consideration, providing a reliable foundation for sampling and volume production.

Sampling and Approval
After the tooling is completed, we arrange trial production and sample preparation. Adjustments can be made according to the customer’s feedback on dimensions, color, appearance, and assembly performance. Volume production begins after sample approval.
