Technical Description

A custom die forms the required cross-section as the plastic material passes through it. The profile is then cooled and cut or otherwise processed according to the agreed specification. During design review, attention is given to material choice, wall distribution, critical dimensions, tolerances, and how the profile will fit with other parts. Feasibility and achievable tolerances are confirmed for each design.
